What happens when an old school becomes a party hostel?

For this Hostel Spotlight we went live from The Galley in Shkodër, Albania, the night before Hostel Connect kicked off. @Albano Kallaci shares how his first hostel stay in Budapest back in 2015 planted the idea, and how a building that used to be Teuta School (named after the Illyrian queen who sailed the Adriatic in galleys) gave the hostel its name.
